OXY ALGO provides AI-powered trading signals and automation tools delivered through Discord and Telegram. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. 2. No Financial Advice
OXY ALGO is a technology platform, not a financial advisor. All signals, analysis, and automation tools are for informational and educational purposes only. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
3. 3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; there is no contract and no cancellation fee, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by OXY ALGO directly — contact support and we will deal with it. Tier access is granted upon successful payment.
4. 4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: redistribute signals or content to non-subscribers, reverse-engineer our systems, use our services for any illegal purpose, or impersonate OXY ALGO staff or AI agents.
5. 5. Risk Disclaimer
Trading forex, crypto, indices, and commodities carries a high level of risk. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. OXY ALGO is not responsible for any trading losses incurred from using our signals or automation tools.
